Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you use the App on behalf of a coaching business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

If you connect with a coach, you authorize that coach to see the tracking data you log and to set programs and targets for you. You can remove a coach at any time in the App. Coaches are independent of us unless stated otherwise, and any coaching agreement between you and your coach is between the two of you. Some features require a paid subscription. GRND offers two memberships, each billed monthly or yearly: GRND Plus, which includes food tracking, GRND AI, community and check-ins; and GRND Pro, which includes everything in GRND Plus as well as training (the set logger and programs), progress tools such as strength trends, personal records and body composition, peptide logging, and Apple Health and connected-app features. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your GRND account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
• Free trial: GRND Pro may include a free trial (currently 14 days) for new subscribers, available once per Apple ID. GRND Plus has no free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription continues as a paid subscription and your Apple Account is charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you downloaded the App from the App Store, your use of it is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscriptions bought on the web

If you subscribed on our website, your payments are processed by Stripe. A web subscription renews automatically until cancelled, and it is managed and cancelled on the web, where you signed up — not in iOS Settings, and not through the App Store. In the App it shows as billed on the web. Except where required by law, payments made on the web are non-refundable.

Use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not misuse the App, attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harass others or to upload unlawful content.

The data and content you log remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the App and provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is a logging and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not recommend, calculate, or adjust any dose of any substance. Any peptide or supplement feature is for your own logging and to help you raise questions with your coach or a qualified professional. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

The App relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Apple, Sentry, Strava if you connect it, and an AI provider) to work. Your use of an optional integration is also subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result you get from it is accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRND Collective and its owners and employees are not liable for any damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes any injury, health outcome or loss that results from following a program, target or any other information in the App. If we are found liable to you despite this, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for your GRND subscription in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which GRND Collective is organized and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
