Terms of Service

The App is a coaching tool for adults. You must be at least 14 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use it. If you use the App on behalf of a coaching business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

If you connect with a coach, you authorize that coach to see the tracking data you log and to set programs and targets for you. You can remove a coach at any time in the App. Coaches are independent of us unless stated otherwise, and any coaching agreement between you and your coach is between the two of you. Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe and, where applicable, through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription through your payment provider or app-store account. Use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not misuse the App, attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harass others or to upload unlawful content.

The data and content you log remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the App and provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is a logging and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not recommend, calculate, or adjust any dose of any substance. Any peptide or supplement feature is for your own logging and to help you raise questions with your coach or a qualified professional. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

The App relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Sentry, Strava if you connect it, and an AI provider) to work. Your use of an optional integration is also subject to that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result you get from it is accurate. [REVIEW: confirm warranty-disclaimer language for your jurisdiction]

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. [REVIEW: confirm liability-cap and jurisdiction-specific limits]

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
